When to use: 

  • A fun way to promote movement and learn different yoga poses.
  • Great for strengthening, focus/attention, postural strength and stability, and coordination.

 

How to use: 

  • Requires support and engagement from caregivers/adults.
  • Use just the cards to create an obstacle course or a visual prompt from practicing various poses. 
  • Practice various poses during morning meeting times or during long periods of sitting to provide structured movement that won’t prevent you from returning to the activity.

 

Caregivers

 

When to use:

  • To be used during family game times. 
  • Use just the cards to create an obstacle course or a visual prompt from practicing various poses. 

 

Recommended for times when children are needing more intentional or structured movement to slow down play.
