When to use:
Compression sheets give calming input.
Great for kids that are nervous/anxious/overstimulated.
A great alternative to a heavy, bulky weighted blanket.
How to use:
Before use, talk about it with your child. “This is to help you sleep, it gives you a gentle hug.”
Set up sheet on bed. Let your child slide under the sheet. Allow them to have the same bedtime things as typical (blankets and stuffies).
Should NOT be used on children under 3 years of age. If you have questions, consult an occupational therapist before use.
