When to use: 

  • Compression sheets give calming input.

  • Great for kids that are nervous/anxious/overstimulated.

  • A great alternative to a heavy, bulky weighted blanket.


How to use:

  • Before use, talk about it with your child. “This is to help you sleep, it gives you a gentle hug.” 

  • Set up sheet on bed. Let your child slide under the sheet. Allow them to have the same bedtime things as typical (blankets and stuffies).

  • Should NOT be used on children under 3 years of age. If you have questions, consult an occupational therapist before use.
