Callie Januszewski
Preschool 3 Lead Teacher
My name is Callie Januszewski and I am one of the preschool 3 teachers here at Cultivate Mankato. I originally grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN, but came to Mankato for college. I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Spanish. During college, I met my husband and we bought a house together in Mankato. We have a five year old son. During my free time, I enjoy working out, traveling with my family, swimming, arts and crafts, and watching movies. I love spending time with my family too. Im very easy going, patient, kind, and love being with children. Growing up, I always knew I had a passion for teaching young children. I love watching them learn, grow, and be the best that they can be. I can't wait to be your son/daughter's teacher here at Cultivate Mankato.
Katie Condit
Preschool 3 Lead Teacher
My name is Katie Condit and I am one of the preschool teachers at Cultivate Mankato. I recently graduated from MSU Moorhead with a BS in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Special Education. I enjoy spending quality time with those I love whether it’s outdoors or indoors. I’m so grateful to share my passion and knowledge of young children here at Cultivate, a place where ones vision and values can grow from a seed into something authentically beautiful. I hope to meet you and your child soon!
Britt Cline
Preschool 2 Lead Teacher
My name is Britt Cline and I am a co-lead teacher in Preschool 2. I was raised across the river in North Mankato and am glad to be working with a company who values the community within the company: Cultivate Mankato, as well as the community without: greater Mankato. I love living here and raising my family (husband, daughter born in 2017, and new baby arriving Fall 2021) here. My educational background is in communication sciences and disorders, viola performance, philosophy, and psychology. My main vocational background is as a special education para-educator with Mankato Area Public Schools preschools. I love to knit, play viola, dance ballet, and read. Children are my favorite people to be around, and I enjoy helping them grow and learn. Thank you for that privilege!
Jacob Huttner
Preschool 2 Lead Teacher
My name is Jacob Huttner, one of the Teachers in Preschool 2. I have been at Cultivate Mankato since June 2021, but have been teaching for multiple years now. My passion for teaching younger children stems from my personality of still being a kid at heart myself and wanting them to have the best education they can at such a pivotal point in their lives. When I’m not teaching, I love spending my free time playing one of my 200+ board games with friends, going camping as often as I can, or writing my next book in my novel’s series.

Payton Merritt
Preschool 1 Lead Teacher
My name is Payton Merritt and I am a teacher in Preschool 1. I grew up in Austin Mn and went to school here at MSU. I recently graduated with a bachelors degree in social work. I have always had a strong passion for working with children. I am excited to be working at a place where their beliefs and values are so strong. Community is important to me and I love the passion Cultivate has not only for the Mankato community but also for the work community. I’m excited to be here and watch children grow each and every day!
