Cultivate Mankato is a Child Development & Resource Center located in vibrant downtown Mankato, MN. We seek to create opportunities for children to engage with their community and create meaningful relationships that cultivate a sense of belonging. Cultivate Mankato provides opportunities for children to learn about the world through hands-on, reflective learning and healthy dialogue. Through this framework, our goal is to provide an environment for children to build relationships of mutual caring and respect while exploring the world around them through play-based learning.

NURTURING CHILDREN
High quality child care for children 6 weeks - Preschool
We offer high quality child care in a safe & stimulating environment where children are nurtured, loved, & respected. Children have continuous opportunity for play, exploration, growth, imagination & community building that is tailored to each age group. Our qualified teachers & staff intentionally establish play as the mode of learning & incorporate reflection & inquiry.

Engaging local community members to empower our families
Cultivating strong community relationships is essential to the future of our children. Building strong community ties enables children & families to feel a sense of belonging & connection with their neighbors. We provide children with the opportunity to learn & engage directly with the community around them through activities & experiences right in the heart of downtown Mankato.

Offering parent choice & welcoming parent voice
We value parents’ input & want to empower you to be actively involved in your child's care. We foster a nurturing & collaborative environment between caregivers & families by welcoming parents to become active members of Cultivate Mankato by attending parent appreciation events, educational sessions, & volunteering at the center. Parents are always welcome to visit & play!
